We ship across India
COD is available only on select pin codes and may be restricted based on logistics feasibility
Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation
- COD orders are dispatched only after successful verification
- Orders placed on holidays are processed on the next working day
Delivery Timelines
- Metro cities: 2–4 business days
- Non-metro / remote areas: 4–7 business days
Delays may occur due to courier issues, weather conditions, or verification delays for COD orders.
Failed Delivery (COD Orders)
If a COD order fails due to:
- Customer unavailability
- Incorrect address or contact details
- Refusal to accept delivery
We reserve the right to:
- Cancel the order
- Block COD for future orders from the same customer
